Description
This is Steinel’s heavy 460 S&W Magnum load. This load features a water-quenched Round Flat Nose bullet with a gas check. Consistency in this load is excellent and recoil from revolvers is borderline unpleasant. We wear shooting gloves when batch testing this load through our 5″ (4″ with compensator) X-Frame. A bottleneck or two-stage crimp is used to create the optimal burn rate from a slower powder and to secure the projectiles during reoil.
